The first phase targets the Ozuzu/Elele Ward 12, with a firm deadline set for completion by December 1. Chairman Njoku was clear and firm—if the contractor can’t meet this deadline, the contract will be nixed. Other voices added more weight: Barr. Chioma Choko, representing Senator Allwell Onyesoh, celebrated the leadership on display and promised backing, especially in tackling land grabbing issues. Hon. Adindu Amadi, APC Leader in Ozuzu/Elele Ward 12, said this project has forever etched Njoku’s name in gold. And from the former Vice Chairman, Hon.
